I spend my days exploring and working from various cafés in Taipei, with weekends permitting occasional road trips. A friend at the coliving I'm staying at invited me to visit Sun Moon Lake for the weekend.

Taiwanese food have many variants of vegan proteins. In particular I have enjoyed Stinky Tofu, steamed and served with thai basil, accompanied by pak choi and rice.
